Club Background and Identity The football club operates under the brand name "BB BREAD", guided by the slogan "EXPERIENCE VALUE BY BB BREAD". Its structure reflects a clear developmental and competitive pathway aimed at sustained progression through Kenya’s football league system. Founded in 2014, the team earned promotion to the County League in 2015 and currently competes in the FKF Regional League, a milestone reached in 2018. Team Structure and Competitions 🏆 Senior Team (First Team) The Senior Team serves as the flagship unit of the club, driving both visibility and commercial growth. It currently competes in the FKF Regional League. The team’s short-term objective is to secure promotion to FKF Division Two. The squad consists of 25 players, each earning a monthly salary of Ksh 12,000, contributing to an annual wage bill of approximately Ksh 3.6 million. 🌱 Junior Team (Development Squad) The Junior Team acts as a feeder system for the Senior Team. It competes in the FKF Sub-County League with a squad of 22 players. Its primary role is to nurture youth talent and support the transition of academy graduates into senior-level football. ⚽ Academy (Youth Teams) The club’s academy oversees player development from U9 to U15 age categories. The U9 and U11 teams emphasize enjoyment, fundamentals, and skill-building, while the U13 and U15 teams focus on tactical awareness, technical ability, and discipline. The structured progression pathway for players is: U9 → U11 → U13 → U15 → Junior Team → Senior Team. Management and Strategic Plan The club’s management structure is organized across four key levels: Executive Level: Owner/President, Chairman Management & Administration: CEO/General Manager, Finance Officer, Media Team Technical Department: Technical Director, Head Coach, Physiotherapist Player Development: Head of Youth Development, Age Group Coaches Three-Year Development Plan Year 1 – Target to win the Regional League and achieve promotion to Division One. Year 2 – Focus on maintaining stability and achieving a mid-table finish in Division One. Year 3 – Aim for promotion to the National Super League (NSL) through squad strengthening and enhanced commercial engagement.
